2024 Colorado Grand Design Rally FAQ

UPDATE AS OF Feb 26, 2024: We are excited to announce that the site assignments are in progress! Here is what you can expect:

  • Beginning Tuesday, February 27, Sun Outdoors will begin entering site assignments in their system and plan to complete these by the end of day on Monday, March 4. 

  • You will receive an email from Sun Outdoors Rocky Mountains <do-not-reply@campspot.com> with the subject line "Reservation Confirmation" in the next week.

  • Your site number can be found in the campspot.com link at the bottom of the confirmation email along with the other details of your resort reservation.

  • Your Rally Registration covers the nights of Aug 1 to Aug 4 which are paid for by your Rally Registration.

  • Any additional nights and/or golf carts requested will appear on your reservation confirmation and can be paid online using the link in the resort confirmation email. You will be responsible for paying the balance due once you arrive at the resort.

If you do not receive an email by Tuesday, March 5, please check your junk mail for an email from Sun Outdoors Rocky Mountains <do-not-reply@campspot.com>. If you cannot find the email, contact the WagonMasters via email at cogdrvrally@gmail.com after March 5th.

The 2024 Colorado Grand Design RV Owners Rally is scheduled for August 1-4, 2024 at Sun Outdoors Rocky Mountains in beautiful Granby, Colorado. The rally officially begins on Thursday, August 1st but many folks arrive early or stay late to relax and hang out with others.

How do I see my Rally Tickets?

TicketSpice accounts are transaction based so if one email was used for Part 1 and a different was used for Part 2 - you will need TicketSpice accounts for each email used to see all your tickets.


You can modify Part 1 information and Part 2 Golf Cart information until Sunday, February 11th, then the system will be locked. We will download information and begin site assignments.


You will be allowed to modify information in Part 2 until we get to a point where we need final counts for meals, nametags, and ordering from our vendors.
