The following instructions will guide you through verifying your registration information and purchasing additional meal tickets, t-shirts, or custom items.
IMPORTANT NOTE: You will NOT be able to cancel a ticket or make a change that will result in a refund. If you need to cancel a ticket, please email cogdrvrally@gmail.com.
LOGGING INTO TICKETSPICE ACCOUNT CENTER
1) Go to our Rally TicketSpice login page: https://cogdrally.account.webconnex.com/login
2) If you created a password during registration, you can enter your email address and password to access your account.
If you have not yet created an account, you can use the Claim your account option.
3) Once you log into your account, the system will default to your personal information page. You can update your information if needed.
Note: TicketSpice accounts are transaction based so if one email was used for Part 1 and a different was used for Part 2 - you will need TicketSpice accounts for each email used to see all your tickets.
VERIFYING YOUR TICKETS PURCHASED
1) Click Tickets at the top, then click the link for the ticket you need to update.

or you can click View Details link to the right of the ticket you wish to update.
2) You should see your ticket details and then can modify the information.
MODIFYING YOUR RALLY TICKET INFORMATION
1) Click the green Edit button at the top of the ticket details page.
2) You can update your registration information or purchase additional merchandise on Part 2.
On Sunday, February 11th, we will remove the option to edit details on the Rally Registration Part 1 because we will begin assigning your rally site.
