The Colorado Grand Design RV Owners Rally is scheduled for September 10-14, 2025 at Sun Outdoors Jellystone Park™ in beautiful Larkspur, Colorado. The rally officially begins on Wednesday, September 10th but many folks arrive early or stay late to relax and hang out with others.
Please take a moment and read through the questions and answers before contacting the WagonMasters. Most common questions can be found here along with additional useful information. This FAQ will be updated as new information is available.
TIP: Click the arrow to the left of the question to expand and see the answer.
UPDATE March 23, 2025 - Jellystone Park Larkspur has entered all site reservations and sent confirmation emails. The email used for Part 1 of Rally Registration should have received an email from larkspur@suncommunities.com with site reservation details (link at the bottom of email). Please double-check the following information:
Look for the email from Jellystone (It was sent to the email on Part 1 Registration) - check your junk folder if you don't find it.
Make sure the arrival and departure dates you provided in Part1 Registration match the Jellystone reservation, especially if you are staying extra nights.
Make sure you have the Rally Rate for camping for any nights from Sep 7 through the 14th, departing on the 15th. The rate should show as $69.37 plus taxes which is approximately $79/night. The taxes sometimes cause the total amount to be a couple cents more.
There should be no resort fees or lock fees on your reservation. If you are staying only 3 or 4 nights and you did not request a golf cart, there should be NO balance due.
Remember: You paid us for the 3-4 nights of camping and we paid the resort, so the card that paid $237 (3 nights) or $316 (4 nights) is our card.
If you requested a golf cart, make sure it is on your reservation with the correct pick-up and drop-off dates with the rally rate for all days - $75/day for 4Person and $85/day for 6Person.
If you did not get the site reservation email from Jellystone, please contact us at cogdrvrally@gmail.com.
If any part of your reservation is incorrect, please forward it to us at cogdrvrally@gmail.com with details on what needs to be corrected.

See below if you want to stay longer than 4 nights.
What does the Rally Registration cover?
Costs have increased and so we have done our best to balance all the activities and the cost of the event. The total cost is higher than past years but we have included more catered meals instead of potlucks so you can relax and enjoy your rally time without making food. The resort will have Breakfast and Lunch options or you can take a short drive to a nearby town and support the local restaurants; Larkspur, Castle Rock and Monument have some great options!
Option 1: 4 nights - Your registration fee covers 4 nights of camping (taxes & resort fees) and all covered meals for 2 adults; 3 catered dinner meals, RV Crawl food & drinks, Ice Cream Social, Smores cookout, Saturday breakfast with the dealer, giveaways, rally supplies and more fun than your have ever had at a rally.

NEW for 2025: Depending on the ages of the kids staying with you in your RV, you may need to purchase additional meal tickets based on their age to cover the cost of the catered meals.
Kids 5 & under: eat free with an adult.
Kids 6-11: purchase additional kid meal ticket - 3 or 4 day option based on your Rally Registration.
Kids 12 and older: purchase additional adult meal ticket - 3 or 4 day option based on your Rally Registration.
Can I arrive earlier or stay later than the rally dates?
Yes you can! You will have an option during registration to request additional dates before and after the rally at the discounted rate.
The Resort Rate is $79 per night which includes taxes and fees. This rate is available for additional days if you want to stay longer. The Rally Rate is only available for the nights of Sunday, Sept 7 through Sunday, Sept 14, departing on Monday, Sep 15. If you stay outside those dates, you will be charged the current resort rate for your site for additional nights.
The resort will send you an invoice via email for additional nights. An additional deposit may be required based on your length of stay.
The WagonMasters will do their best to work with the resort to find a site that will accommodate your entire stay.
If you decide at a later date to extend your stay, additional nights may not be available.
What payment methods are allowed?
The ticketing system (TicketSpice) accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover.
What is the Purchase Protection? Can I purchase it later?
TicketSpice has a purchase protection that is an option to purchase as part of the initial ticket purchase. It can only be purchased during the initial ticket purchase and can NOT be added later.
You can review the terms and conditions to see if you want to pay the additional fee to protect your Rally Registration purchase from unforeseen circumstances: https://www.purchaseprotection.com/terms/
What if the rally sells out, will there be a waiting list?
Yes, the waiting list will open on Saturday, February 8 at Noon MT after the rally is sold out.
https://cogdrally.ticketspice.com/waiting-list-2025-co-gd-rally
The waiting list ticket will require your name, email address and mobile phone number, your desired arrival & departure dates and the length of your RV. You can select how you prefer to be contacted if a spot opens up.
Important: If a spot opens up, the WagonMasters will contact you per your preferred contact method and you will have 24 hours to respond. Failure to respond within 24 hours will result in the forfeiture of your spot on the waiting list and the WagonMasters will move onto the next person on the waiting list.
Can I camp next to my family or friends?
As part of the Rally Registration Part 2, you will be able to provide the name of ONE other RV owner attending the rally that you want to camp near. The WagonMasters will do their best to honor your request but cannot guarantee all requests will be honored.
What if I can't find my Registration Confirmation email?
The TicketSpice website has an option to Resend Confirmation at the top of the website. There are two parts to the registration:
2025 Colorado Grand Design RV Owners Rally for the base Rally Registration
2025 Colorado Grand Design Rally Registration Part 2 for golf carts, additional meal tickets, rally merchandise, and information.
When will I get my site number?
Once the resort enters all the reservations into the system, you will receive an email confirmation from Jellystone Park™ Larkspur with the site number. It may take several weeks and your patience is appreciated during this time. The WagonMasters will provide updates here and on the Facebook page as more details are available.
How do I know if I already have a TicketSpice account?
If you registered, attended or were on the waiting list for the 2023 or 2024 Colorado Rallies, you may have a TicketSpice account if you created one.
Go to the website: https://cogdrally.account.webconnex.com/login and enter your email and password to login to see last years tickets. If you don't remember your password, you can use the Forgot Password option.
Should I create a TicketSpice account now if I don't already have one?
No, the ticketing system does not have an option to create an account in advance. It requires some type of event registration to create an account. When you register for the rally, the ticketing system will give you an option to create an account associated with your Colorado Grand Design Rally Registration. You should wait to create an account as part of registration.
If you registered or were on the waiting list for the 2023 or 2024 Colorado Rallies, you can use your existing TicketSpice account.
Resort Reservations and Policies
Will I have to contact the resort to reserve my site?
No. Do NOT call or email the resort to make a reservation. All reservations must be submitted via the Rally Registration process using TicketSpice.
Can I pick the site I want at the resort?
No. Due to the number of rally attendees, a wide variety of arrival and departure dates, and others staying at the resort, it is impossible to guarantee a specific site.
Will my RV fit in the site assigned to me?
As part of Rally Registration Part 2, you will need to provide the length of your RV. The WagonMasters will ensure that your RV fits in the space you are assigned.
What if I have already placed a reservation with the resort for days before or after the rally?
The Rally Registration process enables you to request additional days before or after the rally. You will not be part of the rally block or receive rally rates for any reservations booked directly with the resort outside this registration process. If you already made a reservation with the resort, you should cancel it to avoid being charged twice and ensure you can attend the rally events.
What are the amenities of the camping sites?
The RV sites provide full hookups that include 30 or 50-amp electric, water, and sewer for convenience. The sites have a crushed granite pad that can accommodate up to 50 feet with room for slide-outs. Each site also has complimentary cable and WiFi, plus a concrete patio with a picnic table (seasonal) and a propane fire ring (don't forget to bring propane) to enjoy with family and friends.
What is the resort's pet policy?
Jellystone Park™ Larkspur is a pet-friendly resort but pets may not disturb other guests, and must be cleaned up after by owners. Pets must always be on a leash and restrained when not confined inside an RV, and no pet may be left unattended outside of an RV, even on the site or if restrained. Pets are the responsibility of the owner. Management reserves the right to remove or restrict disruptive or aggressive pets. All pets must also be up to date on vaccines, and copies of pet vaccine records must be available upon request.

What is Project Sanctuary?
This amazing organization supports our military families when they need it most. Project Sanctuary believes that every military family has the right and ability to heal. Veterans and service members often struggle to transition into a “new normal” after service or deployment. Faced with higher rates of unemployment, addiction, suicide, and other challenges, military families too often fight their battles alone.

Why did we change locations from Granby to Larkspur?
There are a number of factors that required us to seek out a new location. We looked at several other locations and after careful consideration, we decided on Sun Outdoors Jellystone Park™ Larkspur based on the size, amenities, and their amazing staff. We are confident you will enjoy our new and improved Rally activities that we are planning with the resort.
What is this Adult Adventure Camp theme all about?
We decided to embrace the Jellystone Park™ atmosphere of adventure to enhance your experience to be more carefree and fun! We are catering more meals instead of potlucks so that you can relax and enjoy yourself. Each RV will be assigned a "Park Ranger" to help guide you through the weekend. There will be new activities, excursions, and more!
Why is the rally on a different weekend this year (2025)?
August is a busy season for the RV resorts and they did not have availability for us on our usual weekend. Although it is one month later, we anticipate moderate weather to allow us to enjoy all our outdoor activities.
